Age - 9
Toon Link now uses the Grappling Hook as his grab and tether recovery.
Standard Special: Ice Bow - Now it has a chance of freezing the foe. After the shot, they also stick in the ground for a few seconds, if a character walks on them they will be frozen.
Side Special: Skull Hammer/Deku Leaf - His new Side Special(s). He swings the hammer vertically hitting and flatting characters above him or below him (this version of the move can meteor smash), but if the button is held Toon Link can move around while charging it, and when it is released, he will swing it horizontally hitting enemies from behind him to hitting enemies that are in front of him. If Toon Link uses his side special in the air, instead he will use the Deku Leaf to glide and fall slower. Toon Link can cancel the Deku Leaf with his aerials.
Up Special: Spin Attack/Hurricane Spin - Now when Toon Link is doing a grounded Spin Attack, he can move. The longer the charge, the longer Toon Link does his Spin Attack and the faster he will move. When fully charged Toon Link does the Hurricane Spin from Wind Waker.
Down Special: Bomb - Now they have a bigger blast radius.
Final Smash: Wind Waker - Conducts with the Wind Waker (playing Wind's Requiem) and creates a strong blast of wind that blows characters off the stage the wind also blows things from Wind Waker such as the King of Red Lions, and enemies like Octoroks, Peahats, Gyorgs, and Kargarocs, that act as hazzards that will hurt you if you touch them. Wherever the control stick is tilted is the direction the wind blows and where the hazzards are blown.
Now when Toon Link slashes at someone, you hear the additional notes from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker where if Toon Link attacks an enemy you hear additional notes.
Toon Link's entrance should be him riding The King of Red Lions then dismounting him.
